Ok, so I was silly today, and after being on the road all day long, I went and picked up an '09 Norc (talk about feather-light compared to my M1A Loaded + VLTOR rails). I want to turn it into something similar to a Squad Scout. Reduce barrel length to 18.5 etc.
So anyways, I thought I had seen a thread on here a while back that I cant seem to find now, about all the parts that should be replaced in order to optimize the rifle. Aftermarket parts, usgi parts, etc etc. Can someone either point me to it (didn't notice it in the stickies either, but I've been accused of being blind before) or could someone perhaps articulate how best to begin?
