Behind the scenes at Leupold

Good video but not much info about the time spent on polishing glass, the type of glass, clarity, reticle or for that matter tracking etc.
Isn't that important?

It certainly is. Many processes are proprietary, so they are not able to broadcast to the shooting community.

Off topic but can I ask your opinion on the Leupold Carbon Fiber bipods....5.5 OZ but was wondering how durable they are for a hunting rifle?

The Leupold carbon bi-pods are made by Javelin (Spartan Precision) out of the UK. We have not heard much in the way of negative feedback. This bipod is meant to be quickly attached to the rifle when needed, but not carried on the gun during the full hunt.

I bought a Javelin bipod by Spartan Precision on the EE, very happy with it. Solid product. You can easily switch out longer leg extensions. I would deffinitley reccomend it. Now back to the main trail Haha.
