Get a good SKS now while they are available and ammo is cheap. Pipod will always be there and you could make one, SKS' keep their value, bipod not so much.

Just a tip especially for a 22 a Harris bipod isnt required ,UTG will do from amazon like 30 bucks delivered

X2. I can through an entire crate in under 3 hours with just two SKS rifles, even dual weild them at times hehe.

I haven't done it but it's probably gonna be my next major project.. So far it's been optics, trigger job, cheek rest, crowning, buttpad will arrive tomorrow and finally I think bedding will be the only thing left.. I love how one can comfortably develop their smithing skills on this rifle without worrying about ruining an expensive piece of machinery

Meh, 20 rounds.. Better than nothing, not by a lot.. I'm assuming it'll be non-corrosive, probably Prvi.. Save the brass. My final word on this topic: Better to beg for forgiveness than ask for permission
