Belgian Browning Scope Mount problems..PICS ADDED

# 71 front base did the trick mated to a #55 rear base..slight mod to the front base but the hole spacing was perfect.Thanks to all for the replies.The scope my father took off his old browning 15 years ago because my mother knocked it over was what I was going to put on it.My father took it off because he thought it was damaged and he turns out to be right.The adjustment dials do not adjust the crosshairs at all.set an old scope in the mounts and you can watch the point of aim change with the turning of the dials.Scope is a leupold 3-9 vari x 2,an old one..It looks perfect, and I did the immerse in warm water and no bubble trick but it will not adjust to bore sight it.Now I will figure out how send it in for service..

Not all of them were..... some of the early ones were small ring.
