Short answer, probably not. A Belgian-made double for the English-speaking export market, it could be from a variety of makers who might have formed a partnership/cooperative to supply demand, under the name "The Belgian Arms Co.". Such practices were common in Belgium. You could, in theory, track down the members of the partnership through commercial business records in Belgium (probably in the city of Liège). However, it would still not tell you who made the gun (though there may be additional markings on the barrels or within the action that might provide clues, that are separate from the proofs).

What I can say is yours is of a higher grade than most, and you should be thrilled that no one has attempted to dismantle it, thereby leaving the screws timed and undamaged -- a rarity for such guns. Assuming the barrels are in good condition, it should give you a lifetime of shooting pleasure.

It def is a " higher grade " than most. It is chambered 2 3/4" , its sometimes hard to track down the belgium made guns for makers. As most are utilitarian grade..but odd time this shows up. Very cool old gun. Cleaned up..should make a gd bird gun

The letter f proof mark would say 1927 proofed gun. The * with the symbol under it doesn’t fit with any of the persons letters unless it is an A.

As Pinfire says, there may be further marks on the barrels ahead of the flats which might give you further information such as the tube supplier.

These may be of some help. What has me the most puzzled with this SxS, for an unknown gun everything about it is of the same quality as guns that I’ve paid 20X the price for. This is no draw bar pin like most other unknown SxS are that I’ve handled.
