Bell and Carlson stocks

Hello I'm looking for a bell and Carlson stock for my Remington 22/250 vtr . Anybody know any dealers in Canada ?

There are NO legitimate B&C dealers in Canada, for the simple reason B&C can not be legally exported from the USA as they have still not obtained their DDTC registration, which means until this hurdle is cleared they can not have anyone legally export their stocks.
We have had a large order held since about August 2010 that is paid for, but until the paperwork is finished by the DOS, it remains in the USA.

Jim at aftermarket seems to have their DDTC license figured out. They have this listed on their site"
*Canadian customers copy and paste this statement to your order in the Special Notes Box:

"I the above referenced purchaser, by my action of placing this purchase order with Aftermarket Innovations, Certify that I am a Canadian Registered Person and that I have complied with the import regulations of Canada and that an Import Certificate is not required for me to import the items listed above and that they are for installation on a civil use sporting firearm and that I will not divert, transship or re-export the items described herein without the prior approval of my Government. This purchase is for a non SME part and complies with SCA Canadian ITAR Exemption. USC 22CFR 126.5(b) Applicable."

This is correct, I just received my stock from Jim a couple off weeks ago. great guy to deal with, no assle. You can get Any B&C stock you want in any finish from him.

I stand corrected, I got a notification today from B&C that my order is being shipped, so apparently from the time I saw them at SHOT till now things have changed.
Gotta love government intervention into business.

Jim's website is "Rifle Accuracy": http: //www.rifle-accuracy.com/

He's a standup guy to deal with and has fortunately got all the beaurocratic BS cleared up with the State Dept. and DDTC. Thankfully he still supports Canada. I have a Remington Medalist at the post office to pick up today :)

A fellow nut purchased one as you describe from aftermarket innovations. Believe he wrote $360 cdn to his door.

If it was one like this it was closer to $650.00

Thats the one I was looking for except in tan with black webbing would take the green and black or just black no to picky. Was hoping for closer to the 400 mark guess I was dreaming hum will have to keep researching. Right now trying to decide between new stock for the 700 or buy a savage for a build decisions decisions.

The Green and black web was an add on ,I imagine the Tan and black is the same, straight Black would be cheaper as far as I know. Its got a great feel to it and fits me to a Tee, if I had the money I would go for the new Sako TRG folding stocks if it would fit on my Sako long action so I could convert it to a 260.
Good luck in your Quest.

All of the B&C pricing is on the www.rifle-accuracy.com web site, including the additonal charge for the green over the black ($19.99). There is an $87 shipping/export/paperwork fee to ship to Canada, but Jim is very easy to deal with and promptly answers all e-mails. Check it out. I have a Medalist on order with him for my Vanguard.
