Bell Carlson stock modification

Folks, I’ve been looking for a thread here, where some one slimmed down a B&C fiberglass stock.
I’m thinking I may try that project this winter,slim it down,add some flush QD sling cups,etc.
Could some one point me in the right direction,please.
