Hi everyone,

This is going to sound very, very weird but : has anyone ever seen or has specs for disintegrating links for .458 Socom, .450 Bushmaster or .50 Beowulf caliber ?
If not do you think I can just upscale M13 links ?

Now that my main projects is going to the 3D printing for fitting test I want to do bit of a CAD fan project but I want it functional.

Thanks,

Can't think of any disinergrating ( metal ) links or belts for that matter that could fit those size cartridges . Metal and cloth belt uselly have to index of the cartridge sholders to hold it in to place to keep it alined to feed Reliably . There have been custom or modernized belts for 22 long ,12 ga,45/70 in a maximum and 40mm automatic Grenade launcher. The German non disinergrating metal belts index off the extraction rim . Metal links are a complex stampings of tempered spring steel . You might look in to feed strips .

standard modern NATO 7.62 link has a clip end which hooks in the extractor grove to space correctly. getsome and try it. might work just fine. body size of 308 is the same as 450 I think
