Belt Options for Action shooting?

I do right to left, hook side next to holster. This way I can position my holster before velcoring rest of the belt.

Ahhh, that's what I figured as well and setup my holster on my belt for this reason but that's when I saw a number of videos of shooters wearing it the opposite direction and thought there was something more to it.
