Can the Benelli chokes be used in a Beretta?
They look the same, but I can't measure them precisely and won't risk damaging the thread on the barrels by test-fitting.
Anybody have experience with this?
Thanks.

Benelli and Beretta share the Mobil chokes. Other Newer Beretta's are outfitted with the Optima chokes, and some of the higher end Benellis have Crio chokes. So it would depend on the models they are.

If I'm not mistaken I have mobilchokes in my 686, please correct me if I'm wrong.
So I guess they're interchangeable.
Thanks for your help.

I'm using a Beretta Optima Plus choke from Carlsons in my Benelli SBEII it fits no problem, at first I didn't believe it would fit the threading of the Benelli but the local gun shop pulled a Benelli right off the rack and screwed the Beretta choke in without any problems. Threads matched up perfectly.
