Benelli M2 vs Benelli SBE2

Hi, can someone explain the differences in the Benelli M2 and the SBE2 shotguns? Both look the same to me, down to the stock and inertia actions.

The main difference is the M2 is a 3" gun and the SBE2 is 3.5".

Thanks, I also noticed the trigger guard is bigger in the SBE2

The SBE2 bbl is one piece to the receiver, M2 is more like the commom bbl set up, cant figure the right term
