Prophet River as the field M2s. "Tactical" M2 with 18" barrels and/or pistol grip are hard to find.

They are currently out of stock at the few sponsors that usually sell them like The Shooting Edge and Al Flaherty's. I bought mine from SFRC a long time ago and never saw it again in stock there.

Try calling to see when they willl have more.

Thanks for the replies. I am looking for one withthe comforttech stock in 18 inch barrel. Iguess l am out of luck.

So l got mine yesterday. I find that it only takes 4 3" shells, is tbis normal.

Got it at Nechako Outdoors in Prince George. 1850.00 before taxes.

P & D and the Shooting Edge used to have them. Not sure anymore. I bought mine brand new from P & D in 2008. Absolutely love it!

What are really hard to find are Tactical models with rifle sights, they seem to be a special order item only.

For my money I'd probably end up getting a 21" Field model over the Tacticals anyway, the sighting arrangement is more flexible and I've heard they run light loads better.

My M2 Tactical runs cheapo low brass birdshot like a pro. No break in period needed. I've put 1000's of low brass targets shells through it and have yet to have a stoppage.
