Benelli M3 (semi-pump)- any one has experience on it?

I figured well if its a pump there is no limit, but its a semi so limited to 5 + 1 and someone would try to say well its a pump so there is no limit type bull####...

1 in BC to a Public Agency (interesting in that it wasn't registered until 2003 - with 2x M1 Entry models)

I know I've thought about it before and came up with a possible scenario. But why would one want a semi auto/pump in the same shotgun? I can see the intimidation factor.... but that's a pretty small reason.

Its prohibited by orders in Council. Just because someone has one, doesn't mean they are not prohibited.

This one is one of the many victim's of Kim Campbell's morons using the 'that looks scary test' to ban firearms.

Initially they wanted to ban all Benellis. Thank the good Lord for all those quebec voters who hunt with them!

Mainly to use light loads, such as beanbag rounds, rubber batons, or other "less than lethal" ammo.

I suppose for the "target shooter" arguement, it would allow you to use light target loads, and birdshot without compromising the cycling of the gun *My Benelli M4 doesn't like light rounds much at all)
