If you want something comparably cool, check out the Beretta M3P. They've been for sale on the EE once upon a time. Non Restricted.

Khan Arms makes a hybrid, I can't figure it out if it's the ATAC or re badged TriStar Tec 12...maybe same manufacturer.

I'd also be interested to know which retailer carry the Benelli M3. I've done a lot of inquiries with several dealers/retailers and got the same response: Prohibited/Not allowed into Canada.

The prohib list specifies M1 and M3 super 90, then specifies 15 models (by name) that are excempted from the prohibited status.

Yeah it was a sponsor that had them for sale, and one sold in the buy and sell 3 weeks ago, I was in the process of buying my m4, or I would have snagged it (was sold by the time I messaged the seller) if I remember which sponsor had them, I'll post it.

Rest assured when those M3's showed up I sent a information request to verify the status of the Benelli M3, prohibited as already discussed and I also sent a quiry to Stoeger who verified that also...
