Choices in the M4 are 14" or 18.5" bbl, that's all.

But they probably make a rifled choke tube! I don't know if the 14s have a choke setup though...

No choke tubes on the 14'' barrels.

Looks cool, gadget. That's the first pic I've seen of the BT-21353 rail installed (besides in advertising materials). Was the rail/AFG combination an experiment? Will you keep both installed?

My T1 micro with ADM mount used to ride on my Benelli M4, it was impossible to even see the iron sights with the sight on, even with the factory mount, which is why the QR mount is a good idea.
