i finally found a supplier of benelli m4 tactical foregrips... not sure if any of you guys are looking but here it is....www.zahal.org they are in Isreal but i have recieved most of my orders within 1 week of purchasing.. they also have a great assortment of ar-15, ak-47, handgun accessories, and great deals on body armour. Its also worth mentioning that the prices are great and even purchasing my level IIIa vests, i had no issues with customs.

Just a note.
Those are the FAB Defense handguards, I got mine from Wolverine Supplies.
They require a LOT of fitting to properly fit onto "new" M4's, the older M4s90's had slightly different barrels (where it touched the receiver) and were not as thick as the new M4s90 barrels. They are very cool once you get them to work... In the end, I had to do so much fitting that I ended up cutting the top rail off so I had the bottom and side rails left, and epoxied the sides with JB Weld so it fit tight against the barrel (JB weld is heat resistant to 300 degrees C, so its more than enough to touch the barrel)
