Good day, I’ve been looking at the Benelli M4 and was wondering if any of you have this shotgun. Is it good? Meets expectations? Also, it seems to be listed at $2250 CAD wherever I’ve looked, is there a place to get this cheaper?

I've owned one and loved it. It does not cycle low-recoil 2 3/4" shot shells well until it is broken in. $2250 is the going rate at most stores, however Del Selins in Vernon BC has new ones for $2025, as does Milarm in Edmonton. You could probably work a pre-tax deal for $1950 from one of those guys. I know a guy who may sell a used one, with a full length tube (plugged), eotech and pelican case for a deal. I only sold mine to raise funs for a Swiss Arms Classic Green and will likely buy one again.

I love mine. Its super reliable.
You can load 5 in the mag, one in the chamber and have one more sitting under the closed bolt for a total of 7 rounds at your disposal

My neighbor bought one from Prophet River for $1850-with the fixed stock. He prefferred the fixed. I don't know much about these guns myself.

I am one of the lucky ones to get a 14 inch barelled one that made it into Canada.Yes its restricted but i dont care. One of the sweetest guns i have ever fired.

Have had a M4 Benelli for over a year now and it is the most pleasure I have ever had with a shotgun! Basically made my trusted Mossberg 590 obsolete, don't think I have fired my Mossberg in two years.

Shooting the Benelli M4 is as much fun as you can have doing drills at the gunrange. Even more fun than the AR15!

Nice job everyone. I dont know about the OP, but thanks to the last comment I now need to own one. You people are doing a real number on my bank account. lol

:agree:What everyone else said. The M4 is a fabulous piece. Italian Sporting Goods in Van had them for under $2000 not that long ago.

I bought his ex-M4 and now I love it;-)

It's a fantastic shotgun.

I have 3 other 12 gauges: 2 Remington 870's(one folder, one with wood furniture) and 1 Mossberg bolt action. None of those shotguns have left my safe since I bought tshelrud's M4.
