Yes - as long as it's internally pinned (permanently) to only hold 5.9 rounds of 3" shells.

One of the sponsors (CTCS) sells one for about $100. It holds 6 rounds of 2 3/4" and it's fully legal since it only hold 5 rounds of 3". One on the lifter and one in the chamber - for a 8 round capacity that's fully legal. :)
 
No link - I just emailed them and asked if they had it. the gentleman I corresponded with (sorry, can't remember his name), gave me the product #, and then I used the printable order form and emailed it to them with credit card info.

Google is your best bet and check every retailer that comes up, see if they ship to Canada, works for me.

All these make or made them at one time. I don't know their shipping policy now or who carries their products, but it's a few names for you to google. Be sure to permanently plug the capacity before installing on your M4, otherwise you have a prohibited firearm. I have a Freedom Fighter Tactical, works well and seems to be good quality. You may need a longer spring as well, depending on how you intend to alter it.

Brownell's sell several models. Check their website, write down the catalog numbers and give them a call. They'll be able to tell you if they can ship them or not, it depends if that manufacturer has an export license with the Dept. of State.

I got mine from ctcs supply that one is legal in Canada fit amazing and look good also just wait and get it from these guys just to be sure.
 
the one sold by CTCS are legal and do not require any mods other that the part replacement. They only increase capacity to 5 rounds of 3" instead of 5 rounds of 2 3/4". I have one and have juste tested it with 75 rounds.

I had to wait for a few months to get mine but well worth the wait.
