Benelli m4 optic mount?

Looking to replace the out of spec rail on my M4.

I'm looking for ideas on how to mount a T1 or RMR.

I have the Scalar works sync with my RmR and its the best I have ever had or used... it looks feels bad ass. If I was a selfish man I want to be buried with my ben m4... but I WILL, pass it on to my son!

Is true, the factory rail is not to Picatinny spec and can cause issues with certain mounts.
