Sillymike, I agree, walnut regular stocks work for me... and I would prefer a 14" barrelled M4 if I lived in a country with more freedom!

If I had more $$ than brain... I'd get one done with a round-knob-browning-ish stock (in French walnut please) with checkered grip and forend.

And while at it, have some engraving done... have it refenish in French gray or coin finish...

I would also rather have a vent-rib and a bead... So next thing you know, it will be $10k M4

Plastic trigger guts? Like the plastic hammer and guts on the sl8. So disappointing.

I'd prefer they bring in the 6 shot tube so it could be riveted to the right length of 5.9 rounds 3"

Trigger group still plastic?

I'm torn as to whether that's an issue. I've replaced a broken metal trigger housing before... Aluminum VS quality polymers is a wash in my books.
