I want to buy one of these beauties but I can't decide which one I want. Obviously I'm going to try shooting both before I decide but I'd like to hear what other CGNs have to say about them before I decide. I'm leaning more towards the Fabarm because I think it's about $1000 cheaper. Thanks for the info.

I should add that I want to be able to shoot the hell out of whichever I choose. I'll be looking for cheap abundant ammo and definetly want a shotgun that can handle skeet loads.

Neither - Get the 'Benelli M2'
(It's not gas - it's the same thing as the Prohibited Benelli M1, but Non-Restricted :))

Otherwise go with the Fabarms if it is indeed $1000 less - ~Cheers

no big surprises from me..guess I'll post my usual for posterity :)

I have an M4 and the Fabarm pump. I have also shot the SAT8...for me it's an easy pick...the Benelli all the way. Yes, it is more expensive...but IMHO you get what you pay for...IN MY EXPERIENCE, the benelli cycles faster, recoils less, and is more accurate....your mileage may vary.

Between the two I agree with RL1, given another choice I would the Super90 series, a door kicker shotty gets old quick, if you can add a barrel and shoot trap or hunt birds it's way more fun.

If price is factored into the equation, the SAT8 seems like a fairly well made, "tactical", semiauto shotgun and I would chose that. With the over $1000 bucks that you would save, you could buy enough ammo to practice for a very, very long time.

As G37 noted, in my case, I chose an recoil operated M1S90. It shoots light, target loads no problem, fast handling and is a lot of fun.
