Gun broker has a custom barel for sale for the Benelli M4:)
Man this is nice.
Is it possible to have a Non restricted change to restricted if you chopp the barel?I know its done vice versa with putting on a longer barel.

The CFC explained to me that yes it is possible (to rebarrel, not chop), but that once it goes restricted, they will not reclassify it again back to non-restricted should you decide to go back. Of course, as is the case with our bureaucracy, this may not really be the case, but the particular interpretation of policy that this particular person had at this particular time.

If you or anyone else chops the barrel it's prohibited. If it is a factory-made barrel under 18.5" a semi-auto becomes restricted and as noted above no changing back to the non-restricted classification.

So someone like Dlask could possibly make a barel from a blank. The 10.75 looks awesome and such but i found out it will only hold 4 shells:(
So looks like the factory 14 inch ones will be the way to go as it will take five rnds.

any semi auto centerfire with a factory-made barrel under 18.5" will become restricted IIRC . Pumps are not an issue as long as overall length is over 26"

Yes i already know this.I just wanted to know if i could get a non restricted one and shorten it than reclass as restricted.Looks like i would have to get a factory made barel and not one cut down.

I will be happy with the 14 inch one:)Plus it will hold 1 more rnd.

The 14 incher is pretty sweet. I would like to get a 14" barrel for my M4, even though it would mean re-classifying it as restricted.

Could always use the 18.5" barrel for skeet and fun stuff at the range, just swap em back and forth like an AR15 upper.

New barrels are like 900+ bucks in the states tho, so it could easily hit 1300+ dollars up here just for the barrel :(

So they have somebody customizing them? Cause its not factory.

Yeah, there's no such thing as a 10.5 inch factory Benelli M4 super 90.

The 14 inchers are around. Probably great for breacher guns and such. (for Military use)

For us civies, the 14 inch guns would rock for 3-gun shooting, especially if ya had a nice light carbine :D
