Hey guys I’m looking for the benelli M4 but with a fixed stock, not the collapsible with pistol grip.

Bonus marks if you can find me a H20 edition with the fixed stock up here.

Trying to avoid importing it from the US given the political climate but I want it so if that’s what I need to do I’ll go through IRG.

They're pretty rare to come with the field stock, you may actually have better luck buying the shotgun with a fixed or tele stock, then ordering the field stock and selling the tele stock. I sold a spare tele stock I had for 200 bucks i think???

You may also have more luck with this being in the Black and green shotguns forum (more tactical shotguns) as quite a few guys here have gone down the route of having a field stock on their M4

I really like the heat shield is this your M4 ?

Where did you pick up the heat shield?

Or is it off a mossberg and you modded to fit ?

Thanks guys, yes its mine!

Its a standard mossberg 500 parkerized heat shield, the tabs at the back need to get trimmed down by about 1/4 inch to clear the pistons, then you need to shave a little less than 1/8th inch of the top of the hand guards to fit it (easier than trying to fit the steel heat shield). If done right the heat shield snugs right up to the handguards and it can't rotate out of position.

I have heard the actual mossberg 590a1 heat shield requires less fitting but I can't confirm that. It's usually a special order item, even brownells doesn't normally stock it.
