Benelli M4

Review

How do you guys like it and is it worth that kinda $$$?

Can you shoot lighter loads in it?

Is the Fabarm SAT8 any good in comparison... seems cheaper?

I love mine and *I* feel it is worth the bucks, but everyone might not share that same sentiment. Light loads function fine in mine but then again, I haven't shot that many rounds of the lighter variety either.

I also have a FABARM Martial Pro Forces (pump gun) and their fit, finish, and quality is awesome too. I have handled a SAT 8 but never shot one...that is about my experience level with them. I'm sure they are great shotguns...and they are about $1000.00 less too IIRC.

I also have an M4 and the Fabarm Pro Forces...the benelli cost 3x as much...and I like it 3x as much :)

Wolverine is getting them but has no time of delivery available yet. I'm Gonna get one for sure when they come in. There going to be $2500 plus tax/shipping

Sure can! Me and RL1 were shooting low recoil loads and you can see the bolt slam back and load a new round in slow motion, it looks so funny, but feeds every time! :D

Weren't these suppose to be around the $2000 mark? Then the dealer started selling them at $2700. FYI the M-4 is not in product right now. It is going through a design change. The US military wanted some minor changes done to the current configuration. Just like every other gun they current use. It is going through field testing right now. It should be back in production in early spring 2006 with all the new mods.

I got a 2005 Benelli price list from Wolverine & they have it listed for $2225.[/quote]

But were they not selling the first batch for around the $2700 mark? I think they were suppose to be the same price which you just quoted.
