for those that own, tinker, or just know about the MR1

im curious if the Benelli adjustable skeleton stocks w/ pistol grip will attach to the MR1 .. so that it actually looks like the Beretta RX4 ( its original incarnation )

also how are people finding them accuracy wise?

If you scroll to the bottom of this link to the non-restricted firearms, they have a picture of an MR1 collapsable stock model(which I believe is the same as the RX4)

I have heard people who own them say that they are fairly accurate with the 18.5 inch non restricted barrel gut I belive it has also been said that they fall short of a quality AR-15 in terms of accuracy.

I have handled one myself and I found the controls to be a little weird and it seemed heavy for what it is.

Just what I know.

I just put an adjustable on mine. I'll get some pics up in a day or two. You can can also buy them with the adjustable stock. The stock I put on mine is made for a supernova and I believe will also fit an M2. It needed a little dremel work to fit the trigger guard in. Accuracy seems load dependent. Mine will do 1 1/2", 5 shot groups at 100 yds with Federal 55gr nosler ballistic tips. Opens up to 4-5" with AE 55gr FMJ. Look up some of "Caramel"s posts. He's had some good results with heavier handloads and is likely a better shot than I.

Mine shoots 2.5" at 100 yards off the bench without sandbags with Fiochi 55 gr ball.

A better rifleman with sandbags could probably do much better.
