Benelli MR1 severe fouling from ARGO system

I found the oring at the front tweaked a bit. Why am i getting these flares on occasional shots? Honestly its filthy dirty after 50 shots and my handgaurd hand has a thick black line from the gap in the handgaurd. The gun is brand new but i am curious whats wrong. It happens with both 5.56 and .223 ammo.

I replaced the only o ring located at the front of the argo system where you see the flames shoot out. I went out and shot another 30 rounds and there no more black around the front but still a lot of fouling at the rear leaking from the piston assembly. My grip hand again had a thick black line of carbon after 30 shots.

My 308 R1 gets filthy at the piston as well...same gas system design.
Seems to keep running fine however, I stopped cleaning it.
