hey all,
Im looking at picking up a semi auto and have heard a whole lote of hype over the benelli Vinci.. Looks very nice in my opinion but i have no experience behind one myself, nore does anyone i know. Does anyone own one or have any buddies who do who might be able to give me some advice? or feel free to throw out other fave autoloaders, preferebly in the $1000-$1400 range.. i have looked around a good bit on line but its always good to hear from someone first hand.

Thanks a ton!
Kyle

I am sure it shoots like the rest of their products but it probably the ugliest gun I have seen to date. sounds like it will officially be here later this spring or early summer

I havnt held one in my hands probably goin to be up there in price its a benelli
I just got a Browning Silver Hunter mines a 3" but you can get 3.5" if you want plus looks great and feels awesome !! and its right in your price mark too
just my opinion get what fits you best
Good luck

yeah, the website was saying 1300 or 1400 or something like that.. but that would also be in american$. and sorry jeepguy, i have to disagree, that thing is ###y. And unless i have totally lost it, they are already here.. came out last summer.

They're around, and they're good. The 3.5" should be out soon too.
You have to feel one to truly know if it is for you though. Try them all, then pick the one that feels the best.

They were only scheduled to be sold in Canada Dec. 15, 2009. They were out last summer in the US. I'm with you on the ###iness:agree:

I have not seen one yet in Canada.

Gerich: I would be surprised if they ever made the 3.5" Vinci. They already have that in the Super Black Eagle II and I would be surprised if they competed against their own guns in sales.

Benelli Vinci is a 3in only
Very Light weight good gun for small games and UPLAND
But if you want a 3-1/2
I wait for that one

yeah i know, i have been eyeballing the new beretta too... the 3 1/2 might be a nice touch seeing as ill be doing some turkey and goose shooting with it.. ill have to go give them a feel.. who knows.. maybe ill end up just saving some more and picking up the SBEII.. we'll have to see

i work in gun sales, we were told to expect them for sale last year, but still waiting for one to turn up, until i can get my hands on one though i'll reserve further comments.

I am waiting for UNICO aswell,, too bad the wood on them will look nothing like the model thay are using on website.

My dad was talking to a rep in Dallas TX last week and they are supposed to be coming out. Might have been BS from the rep?

i got my Vinci from Basspro last year in max 4 camo 28", after shooting birds and trap i sold all my trap (it shoots crazy fas!!!)and bird guns and said to myself i gotta be stupid if i ever buy any other waterfowl gun, guys you wont beleive how light and precised is this gun, i am very impressed with the results nevermind my buddies who watched me:). the only thing i do suggest is to get good chokes like i did and this gun will never need a spare. easy to clean , dissasemble .guys i love the look . f..k the comments about ugly, not every one likes the ferrari but it doesnt make it ugly if it doensnt look live dodge caravan to every one...my opinion...classic is classic but tecnology is tecnology.especially if its a benelli shotgun

Mall princess mentality at its finest. Better put on some axe-effect before you go to the range too!
