The pistol has been operating flawlessly until yesterday. It only has about 150-200 rounds of Winchester factory ammo through it.
I was shooting and then similar to a stovepipe, it failed to eject the spent casing. Only difference is the spent casing came out of the barrel and stayed straight so when slide came forward the new round and the old one jammed trying to load. Once I cleared the gun, it happened again, but this time the slide was stiff to move.
After removing the slide (required a little effort) I saw that ejector was bent.
I could not put the slide back on so I every so slightly tried to move the bent section of the extended ejector and it snapped.
Has anyone had similar instances? Any recommendation?
