beo mags, yes beo mags, what's going on?

It’s funny how you say the RCMP are the experts, the same experts who’ll be called by the crown to testify.

But in 2013 these same experts ,stated that the Beo mags were legal.

Wouldn’t that be awesome, the crown and I using the same experts..

Kinda like having a ventriloquist.

Lol
fYI, this post from Armtac was made in 2015, their sample was produced and submitted 2 years ago which puts it in 2013 and this was the response.

Being the dealer with Alexander Arms, we were originally going to manufacturer the polymer version of the .50 Beowulf mags in Korea completely with a new mold 2 years ago. We have one currently sitting with RCMP for inspection, however, numerous email with RCMP did mentioned that they will not likely going to approve any .50 Beowulf magazine.

Here is a portion of the communication I have with RCMP

"Across the spectrum of numerous inspections, RCMP-SFSS has not seen a single 50 Beowulf magazine or a single 458 Socom Calibre magazine for the AR-15 platform that is not prohibited. This is because the magazine designs we have seen have been adapted from the AR-15/M16 5.56 x 45 mm design to accommodate the 458 Socom & 50 Beowulf calibre cartridge but have never lost the 5.56 mm design features.

I am not here to argue, I am here to tell people what SFSS told me.

It really doesn't make any sense to me either, but a lot of stuffs in life doesn't make any sense as well.

It don’t matter what Armtac states.

The RCMP changed their mind.

It’s only an opinion.
You can’t be convicted on an opinion.

You have to be found guilty ,beyond a reasonable doubt.

So you call your expert witness (RCMP) and I’ll call mine( department of justice).

Now you not only have to prove that my mags are prohibited, but you also have to prove that my expert witnesses ( Department of Justice and RCMP ) are incompetent...

Bring it on ... LOL

DOJ is not siding with the government backed RCMP? Hopefully you have that in writing lol.

Rcmp changed their mind...... Or did more evidence in regards to the magazines origin/design come to light giving them reason to?

My name isn't actually Brian lol

Ha ha, the D.O.J already made their position clear and it’s on file.
So my expert trumps your expert... lol

The wonky Crown to pursue this , would have to be retarded... oops

We’re not one and the same as my name is Brian :)

so you are quoting a news article that says a spokesperson said ******. I hope you at least have some names and confirmed this in writing as what you posted is not legible

I’m sure names wouldn’t be hard to get.

There’s also an article floating around, where the RCMP,top guy , says the same thing.

Anyway my point is, it can’t be proved ,either way.
Even a judge wouldn’t be able to come to a decision.

You have gov officials saying it’s legal, then saying it’s illegal.

Case dismissed, come back when the law is more clear.

You are gambling on the RCMP not having based their decision on documentation as to the design origin of the 50 beowulf provided to them by AA but rather just "changed their mind" ?

I hope you are right, hopefully someone like yourself takes the RCMP to task in the courtroom
