I have a bunch of new unfired brass casings for my .410 (witch until I received then did not know they were berdan primed )

Berdan primers have different sizes and applications, need to do your homework before ordering.

Could it be drilled out to take a regular shotgun primer?

It could but the primer pocket is much larger that any boxer primer. There is a video on how to use copper tube to reduce the pocket size but that is way way to much work for me.
