RCBS Berdan De-Caper

If you don't have too much Volume of brass to do then drill a hole in a 2x4 down the middle large enought to just leave the rim expose and sharpem a narrow chisel or screwdriver to puncture and lever the primer out.
Hold the wood in a vice.

I keep them on hand specifically for cases I can't find Boxer cases for, such as Kropatschek 8x60R and other obsolete/obscure cartridges.

8x63 Swedish is also obsolete. No one make brass for it.

There are quite literally hundreds of different cases that are no longer made. I used to go to extreme lengths to fire form and even turned down brass rod to make up shootable quantities of cases.

what method do you prefer to deprime?

The RCBS depriming tool works well but IMHO it's slow and if you aren't careful maybe even painful.

I use a brass rod with a piece of drill stem inserted to punch out the primers. The brass rod needs to be able to move around a bit towards the bottom of the case, so that the drill stem will easily slip into one of the flash holes. The drill stem shouldn't extend more than a 1/4 in or half a cm from the tip of the brass rod, which should be at least 6 inches long.

A quick, sharp rap with a 4 ounce hammer will quickly/cleanly dislodge any spent primer.

I have a plastic block, about 2 inches (5cm) square with two different diameter holes drilled into it. One hole shallow to hold the base of the cartridge and a smaller hole in the center of the large hole to punch the primers into.

That's a great video diopter.

Wasnt there a bunch of 8x63 machine gun ammo being sold as parts recently? Maybe the OP can either buy that or find someone with a bunch of primed brass that someone else pulled for the bullets?
