Beretta 1201FP sling stud

Beretta 1201 and likely a few other autoloader shotguns are a PITA when it comes to fitting a front sling stud. Problem is the magazine end cap is spring-tensioned and shouldn't be drilled at the far end.

Any nifty solutions discovered?

Buy the two piece clamp style that clamps to the barrel. No modification to the gun neccessary......Uncle Mike's manufactures them....
