Beretta 1301 Comp Gen 2 24"

How are these for recoil with turkey loads?, I Was looking at either a versa max comp Tac or a 1301. I know the versa max is better known to be light recoiling...but I don't trust Remington with the QC issues they've had/been having

Sorry, I wouldn't know. Maybe someone else can chime in on that. I've only run 2.75", 1-1/8th Oz shells and it runs like a top.

My gen2 does. The Tactical version doesn't but the new lever was not part of the Comp gen 2s. Perhaps this has changed with the latest iterations.

Actually the Beretta comp Pro has the update lever.
