A local shop has one on for consignment for $1500 all in. Looks clean. Not sure what version gen or mod? Good price? It’s a little more than grand cheaper than a new M4. Probably a future safe Queen being it’s an assault style ffs, who knows. Mulling it over…thoughts? Thx

Ok ok, brother painsy talked me into it, lol. Gun is unfired, came with mag extension with a magpul forward do-hikey and hard case, but no manual or extra chokes or choke wrench. I think it's a gen 2, not sure what mod?
$1500 all in, plus store threw in a box of slugs.

Here it is with my old school 870 with rifled slug barrel. Giddy up

Nice! Does it have the pro lifter? If not it's definitely worth getting.

Unfired with mag extension? Bonus!

One slight critique... it's a little too bright. Slap some black furniture on it at some point in the future 😃

You're going to love it! I sure love mine!Screenshot_20250730_073602_Gallery.jpg

How do I know if it has a pro lifter? How do I know if I can’t live without one lol.
Watch some 1301 reviews. Here's one that explains the basics.

Basically, the lifter has 2 positions... up and down. With the lifter up it's easier to load and won't pinch your fingers/gloves.

You can also cycle the bolt freely without picking up new shells. This makes swapping types of shot or slugs easy even when the tube has ammo in it.

DON'T SHOOT IT WITHOUT A CHOKE TUBE IN THERE JOHN! Once cleared, looking it the muzzle, if you don't see a tube, you'll need one before the range session.

If the carrier lifts up when you cycle the action, leaving the magazine clear to top off, it has a pro lifter. Yours is a Mod 2, and you got a smokin' deal. couple that with the extension and the QD cup, and you robbed them! Congratulations on the softest shooting semi-auto 12 gauge on the market.

Stoeger Canada will be your spot for OEM bibs and bobs. Choke tubes (Optima HP...{there is an "Optima" that won't work} are expensive, but the wrench isn't ;)
