I wonder why a $600 Turkish Axor semi actually machines the pic rail into the top of the receiver yet a $2000 Beretta can't be done the same way? Seems like the right way to do it.It's what we're here for.
Bro, I also noticed your red dot. Believe me when I tell you that I'm only trying to help, that dot is too big, too heavy. There are videos with guys running same and similar dots and the whole deal yeets off the 1301 under recoil. The picatinny rail is only held to the receiver with a couple of screws, and the receiver is aluminum. That 3 or 4 ounces standing that high imparts leverage under recoil.
The fix is a small pistol red dot, or one of the designated dots that incorporate a mount, eliminating the rail (co-witness).

By the way. 500 rounds in, not a single issue cycling, firing or ejecting even 1 Oz trap loads.
Gun comes with a 6 round mag capacity so no need to mess with an extension. And it can be ghost loaded, so 8 rounds on tap.
