Beretta 471 silver hawk problems

Hi, I have one of the later 12ga silver hawks with removable choke tubes and single trigger. I have 2 issues with it first, it will fire the right barrel first when selected but will not fire the left. But if the left is fired first it will fire the right afterwards. I couldn't find anything obvious. Secondly the extractor ejector function works but after firing a few rounds when on extractor mode it returns to ejector mode. If anyone has any experience with this kind I would appreciate your comments.

Before doing anything else, I'd pull the stock and give the entire action a really good cleaning. Sometimes a small piece of garbage floating around in there gets it'self someplace it shouldn't and jams things up, I've had it happen on several guns.

Thanks, I did clean it very well, but haven't shot it since. I should mention that the stock was a little loose.

It is inertia trigger system?
