I’ve been thinking of one of these for plinking at the range. Because of a left hand issue I like the thought of a .22 and while I’ve read the reviews I was looking for input from people who have had or currently have one. Interested in accuracy, quality etc from actual owners. I have a dealer who will be possibly looking for one for me. Tks in advance.

I have two, one that I shoot and the other NIB, listed on the EE right now. It’s a super sweet rf pistol, feeds anything and the accuracy is pretty much on par with the M41 S&W.

The newer 87 doesn’t compare to the old 89 in terms of quality and craftsmanship. The trigger is also way better in the 89.

I have an 87t I like it certainly can see it's a quality pistol. Don't know anything about the 89 but if you say it's better made then the 87 it must be impressive. I personally like the look of the 87 better.

The 87 is certainly no POS. It’s still Beretta quality, but the original 89 as a higher level of craftsmanship, better fit and finish and the adjustable single action trigger is something the 87 lacks. Sadly the 89 was discontinued because it was expensive to manufacture and the profit margins were very slim with this particular pistol and a few other that were made back then.

PM sent, very interested.
Bought it.
