Why don't you try handling both and see which one you like better?
For me personally it's CZ, fits my hand like a glove, as accurate as it gets out of the box, and will last forever.
My Beretta experience is somewhat limited to a 92FS which I sold. Did not like it, but that is just me. Others swear by it.

Needless to say, I vote for the 90 two because I already have a 75B. Anyhow these two are the best choice of handgun but the stainless steel doesn't quite match the CZ, too shinny.

I have a 90-TWO and a CZ-75 SP-01 Shadow. Of the two I like the CZ a little better. The Beretta is a sweet gun indeed but I find the barrel axis somewhat high and thus shots tend to be low. Perhaps if I practiced with it more I would get used to it, but since it is technically the wife's, I have to ask nicely to use it :D

The Beretta's design is awesome but due to the fact mentioned above, my wife may sell it. It is also a little too heavy for her and even with the 'slim' grip it is a little too big for her hand. I may like it but honestly have only shot about 40-50 rounds through it.

90 two is great except it has a long trigger pull even in single action. This ofcourse is only from dry firing experience.
CZ doesn't have a better trigger, plus you can get a D spring for the 90two...plus the small grip..
