Beretta 90-TWO

I was on a trip last week and had seen the beretta 90-2 for $799.
I still think the Sig is a better deal at $750-$799, see above.
I think people pick on the Bertta as it seems the quality goes up and down. I've had a Beretta 96D for 13yrs and fired better then 10,000 rounds with out a problem, and I'm a real Beretta fan. But I feel, IMO, that the quality is just not there in the new Beretta 90-2. I'm just waiting to see what it's like after several thousand rounds.

Shot a 90-2 a few weeks ago and its a smooth, accurate pistol.

Wouldnt make me buy one, but its adefinite improvement over the standard 92 series
So are you saying that 92FS isn't smooth acurate pistol. It's still the same gun as 92FS, just lookes a lottle different...I've only handled a couple of 90two's (9mm and .40) and both were quality guns, just like every Beretta I've seen/shot...

A sig with night sights at 750.00 wow that sounds like a deal...I'll beleive it when I see it. The Beretta goes for anything from 850.00 to 1100.00. The sig is usually in the 1150 range. I don't know why the Beretta is a target sometimes.
These days you can get a 92FS or 90two for $800, new P226 goes for about $1100 (or more) I own a 92FS and P226 and IMO Beretta is a better value for money hand down.

I don't know why people compare 90two to Sig Pro they're completly different guns! Personally I don't see anything special abot the Sig pro (wouldn't trade my M&P for one) and to me they just look ugly with the extanded barrel....

btw I'm pretty sure in the US 90two costs more than the plastic Sig...
