Hey guys, anybody know where to get authentic Beretta 92 mags that isn't ridiculously priced?
I'm seeing some for 75+ dollars each. The cheapest I found was 54.99 but they are sold out. I see Brownells has some for 49.99 but I'd rather buy in Canada if possible.

Any help would be appreciated!

I believe those are Mec Gar mags, not the Beretta made ones.
I haven't used any of the Mec Gar stuff yet.. are they any good? I had a horrible experience with mags that were made by a different manufacturer.

MecGar has made mags for Beretta under contract before. They are made in Italy as well, very good mags, I have a dozen of the M9 ones.

I went with prophet river, we ordered from . Shop on gunbroker and got factory beretta qprnd mags for 10 bicks a piece, grabbed 10 for ipsc, import fees wasnt that much

I have been told that 10 round mags for a 96 (.40 cal) will fit the gun and will hold 14 rounds of 9mm. Which is 100% legal. I just bought 3 for a 92 from Marstar, cost me $104 shipped. I would have bought mags for the 96 if I had known about the capacity.

They fit 13 fine in mine, the 14th is iffy. Best prices for genuine Beretta 96 mags (dunno why they don't carry 92 9mm 10rnders) is from Brignoliarmi. Works out to around $40.per mag (they were cheaper last summer). Shipping rates was decent and takes about 2wks, IIRC. I've seen some places asking $70 for a Beretta 92 9mm 10rnd mag. Insane!

Dang it ... would have ordered some of these 96 mags for my M9 if I had known this earlier. Oh well, next time I'll get some.

I ordered some 15-round (pinned to 10) mags for my M9 from IRUNGUNS for CAD$38.32 each (before shipping and taxes) during the Black Friday sale.

HTH!

Al Simmons in Hamilton usually has them. I got some .40 cal Beretta 96 mags from them which hold 9mm rounds very well. I prefer them to the 92FS mags

Just stear clear of the promag ones, they suck balls. Dont cycle well and wont hold open on last round...wasted $50 on that experiment.

Funny that you say that, the horrible experience I had was with Promags as well, although for a different firearm.
Thanks for the help guys.
