I opted for the Beretta Xtreme-S trigger kit for my M9A1, but unfortunately it was sold out Canada-wide. I purchased a kit from a gun store in Italy (just down the road from the Beretta factory) and they shipped it here with no issues. It was cheaper and faster than trying to order it from the US.
Considering how expensive trigger upgrades are for other pistols, I found the $150 ish Xtreme-S kit to be shockingly reasonably priced, and the fact that they are factory Beretta parts is a nice bonus. Considering a Wilson Beretta Hammer alone is in the $70+ range, you're getting so much more value from the Xtreme-S kit (Elite hammer with DLC coating, 92X performance trigger with checkering - also made of steel to replace the plastic factory trigger - new sear with DLC coating, trigger bar giving short reset, D spring, trigger bar spring, sear spring, trigger return spring, and a new hammer spring cap rollpin) . The install was pretty simple and it made a huge improvement in DA and SA. It's a whole new gun for me now.
I got the Beretta extended steel magazine release from Stoeger Canada, and LOK grips (FDE Veloce) ordered from the US site with no issues. I've owned VZ Grips for the 92 before, and while they were gorgeous they were also expensive and I had to Dremel a relief cut for my firing thumb because the VZ panels were too thick for my high-thumb grip. The LOK grips didn't have that problem and they were less expensive than the VZ panels. I'd even argue the quality is identical if not better.
My next upgrade is to get a Langdon Tactical RDO slide. I'm waiting for ###### Armory to get back to me before I place the order.
