Mine came with 2, on that note if I buy 40sw mags and put over 10 rounds in it of 9mm is that legal ? Would that be like the 10rd AR mags ?

Completly legal as you are using an unmodified part in your gun.

Yeah mine came with 2 mags as well. The guy at reliable gun looked at me like I was crazy when I said it should of come with 3. I was pretty disappointed as everything on the beretta website and any review I ever read said it came with 3.

My 92A1 came with 3 mags.. Purchased at a local gun shop here in Edmonton.

I emailed Epps on the issue, and they claim that is how they get them from the supplier.

I have no reason to doubt that, and with the price I got it for I can't complain.

Mec-Gar mags are cheap and reliable, so I won't worry.

I'm looking to purchase a 92A1 asap, do we know what dealer's r selling them with 3 mags?
