Oh, ok, thanks for the clarification. Did you have any issues with light primer strikes with the 12lb ro 13lb spring? I'm just running factory ammo at the moment, no reloads.

Haha, I looked at that certain Firearms Outlet in Canada and they've got it for $12.99 which is a pretty decent price, but shipping is $15.66, lol!

I hope the LGS has these things.

I bought the Beretta D hammer spring and trigger spring upgrade. World of a difference, the take up in DA wasn't as long, almost non existent. The trigger pull in DA also felt lighter, but was still at 10lbs. Worth the money, prophet river got it for me directly from Beretta USA

Wow, that's good to hear. I understand the factory hammer spring is 20lbs. The one that comes in the Wilson Combat Custom-Tune Spring Kit is 18lbs and the D spring is 16 lbs. I ordered the Wilson Combat kit a few days ago, but I just ordered the D spring from Firearm Outlet a few minutes ago and see if I can tell the difference.

There was a note included with the 12 and 13 lb springs stating the use of federal primers is recommended for reliable ignition, I use federal primers anyway so it was a non issue for me.

The sear itself can be purchased separately for around $70 USD

The overall difference after upgrading the springs etc is noticeable. DA is easier and smoother. I did not have any light primer strikes on CCI and S&B primers with the "D" spring. You're good to go.
 
D Spring arrived yesterday:

Wilson Combat 18# Hammer spring on the left, 16# D Spring on the right.

Visually, it appears that the D spring is shorter than the factory length spring. I did a function test after assembly and it seemed to be fine. I won't know for sure until I take her to the range and feed her some rounds though.
