Hi everyone. I ve been going to a local range in Mississauga through my brotherinlaw which has been a member for quite some time. I think i might join this club. nice people at the club and it has a nostalgic look as its a bunker from WW11. anyway wanted to buy a Beretta FS92 Inox as i have been using my brotherinlaws and like the feel and function. He has an older model. just wondering if anyone can chime in as to this newer model as far as reliability and quality.

A picture says a 1000 words (not mine, mine is black). 92FS is a very reliable pistol, but if you don't like some of the MIM parts, you can buy replacement metal parts at Brownell's. I bought a surplus 92FS and swapped in a new SS guide rod, recoil spring and rubber grips. Sold the used parts and the extra parts I bought in the Brownell's shipment and got all my money back.

That is a picture of perfection !

I had my 92FS Inox since 2005 and its been an awesome gun. super reliable and just no issues. I changes the rear with with Novak carry sights, put in an Billenium extended mag release button, and replaced the grips with gray aluminum ones to match the Inox look. Get your own for sure!

I had a U.S model (it had the black controls). Was a excellent pistol! The painted sights faded in no time, but I was able to paint the front sight for it to stand out more.

I miss the pistol everyday. Love berettas!

I was lucky to shoot the Wilson combat model recently. The grip and trigger made it a treat.

st1264! sir, you have very nice taste indeed. I have seen other pics posted by you. I'm jealous of your fabarm shotgun collection

I have a 92fs inox for sale bought it about 4 years ago only put about 100 rounds through it. It's made in Italy all stainless with 2 clips $800. Let me know if you are interested.

Traded my Sig 1911 Traditional Match Elite for a 92 Inox compact, no regrets, absolutely love this gun, very accurate zero malfunctions, i have a couple Girsans (92 clones), they shoot and work equally as well IMO.

Used to own a 92FS.
Things I liked about it:
Used by Maclean and Riggs. Nuff said!
Things I didn't like:
Slide mounted safety.
Can't swap out the front sight without gunsmithing. (Not sure if the Inox has this issue, mine was from 1989)

Everything else I can put up with.

Run the gun wet and it will serve you well.
