from my research, they are built in italy for the europeans and the usa for the ... usa market. the ones in canada are both , we get the usa stuff ,and the italian stuff. average shooters wont notice a difference, they are both up par, and the easiest way to tell is it says right on the frame if its made in usa or italy . beretta fans are pretty split,. some love the american ones some love the italian ones. however they are not like sig where sig mix and match frames with slides, and some are all american and some are german. berettas are one or the other. i plan on picking one up soon , some of the berettas that are made in the usa ,arent available in europe and vice versa,
