Beretta 92fs

How would you compare it to the Shadow? My oldest son claims the Shadow feels too small in his hands, and that 92fs fits better. He never shot a 92fs, only handled it. I'd buy one if it is at par with my Shadow.

The 92 definetly felt a little more full in my hands. If he's got big hands that can hold a basketball one handed the Berreta will certainly fit him better. While I would not call my Shadow, with stock grips, small by any stretch I didn't find the Berreta to be too large either. Just a nice easy to grip feel. I've also held a Shadow that had the thin CZ grips. It didn't give me the secure feeling that the thicker stock grips provided. But the funny thing is that I can hold my single stack 1911 easily as well and it's a smaller feeling grip than my Shadow. I think it's the oval side protrusion that I find fills the grip better and provides a more stable feel. And that's a feeling that the Berreta certainly has.

That's exactly what my kid was saying, thanks for confirming that. And sorry to the OP, I just realized I drifted off-topic.

I have to say that I didn't find it any worse or better than my Shadow was when it came out of the box for DA and SA pull.
My Beretta has a 'D' spring and the tigger is a little nicer than the stock shadow I tried...I just installed #13 mainspring in my 75B and man it made a big difference too.

If you all were interested in getting them, would a group buy discount them at all?
I might be interested in one too not too far down the road if the price was right.

I'd go for the 92fs inox, would 92fs + 92fs inox be OK to combine in a group buy? Never been part of a gun group buy before, sorry...

Neither have I; I am not sure if they offer a discount, and who would offer this deal, but I'd want an Inox too. :D
