Personally I would go with the Italian.
Well the inox is stainless steel...is the Italian 92fs ss?
Internally/ function wise, they are the same. If you need/ want the stainless finish, do the inox; otherwise save yourself about $100 and get the Italian 92fs in the black finish. $700 from del selins, a sponsor.

Internally what is different ?
All cosmetic difference between a USA and Italian 92 Inox. US has different grips, hex grip screws, black trigger, hammer, safety, mag release and take apart pin vs stainless steel parts on a Italian made one.
Yes - pm me your email address and I'll send you pic of my Italian inox.
Hot chicks are far more likely to come to you at the range and ask if they can hold your gun and see how it shoots with the Italian version.

AFAIK the 92FS Inox has a stainless slide and a coated alloy frame. I just passed on one that had the finish peeling off the frame's front strap.Well the inox is stainless steel...is the Italian 92fs ss?
