I purchased a surplus 92S from Bulls Eye and picked up an extra mag from Marstar (shoutouts!). I have to say that overall, the gun was in excellent shape but I wanted to do a little cleaning up and found this video on YouTube, here's the result... not sure how the texture on the grip will last but I'll report back after a few times out to the range and let you know.

Very nice pistol. The 92S are excellent value. I would like to pick up one but want to see the gun first. Some have more wear on them than others.

Take Care

The grips were pretty beat up and the barrel had been replaced but the rest of the hardware was excellent. I actually preferred the new barrel because I was reading online some early 92s had a problem. I agree seeing it before I bought it was a real bonus. I live close to London so Bulls Eye was a natural choice.

Factory, it is slippery. The textured grips help and because the mag release is European, few after market grips right. Pachmayr made grips over 30 years ago so if you want something that fits perfect it's either eBay or buy something custom. Also, North American 92 mags don't work but all factory Beretta mags do (regardless of where they're made).

The white lettering is purely cosmetic... But I really like how it looks.
