Beretta 92S sights

I have some 1 mm and 1.5mm fiberoptic rod, I am working on a different gun, thinking about trying that.
I need to find a couple 1mm brill bits, none in town. no metric in town. 1.5mm is close to 1/16 th.
One of these days .
 
Not without machining the slide. I mean, you can drift out the rear sight, but the front sight would need to be cut out and replaced with a dovetail.
 
It would be easier to get a sell your gun and buy a newer 92FS model. Can't be that cheap to buy a decent set of sights and have gunsmith install it.
