Is it true that Beretta is no longer producing the 96??????

My friend told me this, now i don't see it on there website.

Yup thats what Ive heard as well. Was down at Al Simmons and they said it's getting harder to get the 92 and 96 as they have ceased production. I need to save my money and buy my 92FS fast I guess : (

The 90-Two is replacing it. It's of similar design but it looks more "plastic" because of the grips even thought the frame is all metal. It looks ok to me but I like the 92FS better.

They are streamlining their many varients of full size pistols into the 90 two and PX4
